SettingWhat it does
Check commentsChecks new comments. Comments found to be spam go to the WordPress Spam folder.
Check Forminator formsChecks new Forminator form submissions, with a switch for each form. Submissions found to be spam are saved as spam.
Check comments from logged-in usersAlso checks comments from logged-in users. Comments from administrators are never checked.

What it does

  • Spam is marked, never deleted, and visitors are never blocked.
  • A Forminator submission saved as spam can be put back: expand it under Forminator › Submissions and select Mark as Not Spam. Nothing is sent and no email goes out.
  • If we do not answer within 5 seconds, the message goes through as normal.
  • When your plan limit is reached, new messages come through unchecked until your plan resets or you upgrade. Administrators see one notice in WordPress.

See the WordPress plugin page for an overview.
