Limits
What each plan includes, and what happens when you reach a limit.

Messages
All your sites share the messages of your plan. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each month (UTC).
When your plan limit is reached, we answer 429 quota_exhausted and the message is not checked. New messages come through unchecked until your plan resets or you upgrade. The WordPress plugin handles this for you.
Only messages we check count. Skipped messages, repeated requests with the same Idempotency-Key, requests turned away with an error before checking starts, and verifying a key do not count.
Sites
At your plan's site limit you cannot add another site. Upgrade your plan to add more. You can use one site's key on more than one website.
Logs
Your logs keep the text, email and name of each message for as long as your plan includes. After that, they are removed and the result stays.
Request rate
Send each message once, when it is submitted. Very fast bursts from one key get 429 rate_limited. Let those messages through.
